Before going on a shopping spree, change your money into local currency (HK dollars). Prices should only be quoted in HK dollars.  Money exchange and Navy Federal Credit Union offices are in the lobby at Fenwick Pier and operate exclusively for servicemen. Your best exchange rates are given at large local banks which are open 0930-1600 hours Monday through Friday, and on Saturday 0930-1200 hours.
